Leading against a NT contract, after an overcall
The overcall by your partner gives you important information informations.
- Doubles of artificial bids (Stayman and Texas transfersin particular), are lead directing doulbles.
- An intervention in a suit by your partner shows a nice suit with at least 5 cards.
- Your partner doubles a 3 NT contract :
- If no suit has been named by the opps,he is asking for a lead in a Major, a priori ♠
- If the opps did bid one or more suits,He is requesting a lead in the suit bid by the dummyt.
