The opener's rebid ....

After the responder's Texas: the opener rectifies the Texas
3NT: the responder knows slam is impossible and that it's best to play NT. The opener must pass.
Pre-empt bid of 4 hearts or 4 spades: the responder knows slam is impossible and this is the best contract. The opener must pass.

Problème 1216
The Texas must be rectified regardless of the strength or number of cards in that suit.

After the responder's slam bid

A 4NT response proposes slam and the opener will accept if he's maximum.
3 hearts or 3 spades by the responder means an excellent 6-card suit and the strength to think about slam: the opener either starts the controls or refuses the proposal.
