Detail specifications 31GG - Level 1 ★
Michaels cue-bid : 2NT
A 2NT overcall after a 1 level in a suit opening.
A 2NT shift jump bid made by the player sitting immediately after the Opener is possible after a minor or a major opening. It shows :
A minimum of 7-8HCP and without a maximum
Two robust suits with 5 cards : the 2 lowest-ranked suits compared to the opening suit (meaning never PI!)
Be Careful! Your honors should be concentrated in your two suits and don't forget to take into consideration the vulnerability.Green against red you can easily overcall with a nice 6-7HCP
