When you lead trump, you can send a preference signal to your partner :

You have to lead : 2 of trump will be a preference signal for ♣ (the lowest suit). Don't lead in a doubleton when you are not sure to take the lead later on.

You can't find a good lead...play trump. Your card will tell your partner in which suit he should replay. In this case : 7 ♠ is a clear preference for the highest of the remaining suits, ♥.
