You absolutely have to bid except ... if the Responder has bid.

- with 11-12HCP jump bid
- with a stronger hand, cue-bid the Opener's major to find the best Game
- with 4-4 in the majors and 8-10HCP, cue-bid in the Opener's minor
- 1NT with a regular hand, a stopper in Opener's suit, no 4 card major and 11-12HCP
