3 Repeat your 6 card minor without 3 cards in responder's suit and no stopper in 4th suit.

2NT rebids by opener
Without 3 cards in responder's Major but with a stopper in 4th suit, The opener that wishes to be declarer (particularly with honours to protect) should bid NT
  • 2 NT with a regular first zone hand , This is the mini version
  • 2 NT with a regular third zone hand , This is the Maxi version.
  • 3 NT with a regular second zone hand

The sequence being forcing to game the responder cannot pass on 3NT : with a third zone hand, you shall rebid 4NT suggesting slam and the responder will pass or bid 6NT

Problème 9978
As South, Bid 3 ...certainly not 3 NT ! You have the strength required for that bid... but no honour to protect, , let the responder become the declarer.
