- After having doubled, if your partner is jumping, he is showing a 3rd zone hand, but he was not able to name his suit. Now, you know and decide if you go to game or not.
- After having doubled, if your partner cue-bids the opponent's suit, he is also showing a 3rd zone hand. He is now asking you more information about your strength. With less than 3-4 HCP, bid at the lowest level. With more points, jump.
