After the lead of a low card.
Leading with a low card as the fourth best in a suit happens often in NT. If the leader's partner cannot take the trick, he gives the count by signaling odd-even.
   With an even number of cards, he plays high-low (with the 5 and the 7 he starts with the 7 and plays the 5 next time round)
