His bid is forcing to game.
Responses to this opening bid are conventional. They aim to communicate to your partner the strength of your hand and your number of Aces. The opener will immediately know if a slam is possible or if the camp should only bid a game .
1) Without an Ace

2 ♥ : No Ace and less than 8HCP
2 SA : No Ace and more than 8HCP (or 2 Kings)

3 SA : 2 Aces
