This site uses 2 Over 1 bidding , based on SAYC and uses the main following conventions


1 NT or 2 NT opening

with a balanced hand and maybe a five-card major suit. 1NT with 15-17HCP and 2 NT 20-21HCP

Le 2 Stayman

"non-forcing" Stayman : bidding may stop in two in a suit. Opener rebids 2 with 4-4 in the majors

4 Gerber in response to 1 NT or 2 NT

Gerber asking for the aces. Show the number of aces by steps.

Texas transfers

Texas transfers on 1NT or 2NT opening bids show 5 cards in Majors or 6 in Minors

2/1 game force after a level 1 opening bid

with 13+HCP forcing to game.

Forcing 1NT response

5 to 12HCP, with no 4+card Major biddable at the 1 level, forcing for one round

Weak two opening bids 2 and

6 cards or more and 5 to 9 HCP.

2 opening

strong conventional opening. Kokish relay in response.

Michael's cue-bids

Michaels are cue-bid that promises a two-suited hand (at least 5-5) with variable strength depending on vulnerability

Game "Invite" with a 4 card fit and a 5 carder in new suit

Short and Help suit game tries
